A 65-year-old man was booked today for allegedly molesting his teenage neighbour in suburban Andheri when she was alone at her house, the police said.
The complainant stated that the man touched her inappropriately by entering her house in Andheri (east) recently, as he is known to the victim's family.
An FIR was registered under sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POSCO) Act, an investigating officer said.
