Ramashish, hailing from Madhubani in Bihar, was apprehended from near Kalindi Kunj yesterday, ACP (South-East) Ajay Choudhury said.
He came to Delhi about four-five years back and started working as a labourer at Azadpur fruit market.
"Ramashish came in contact with one Nagina Das, a labourer at Paharganj who supplies ganja in Delhi. Das brings ganja from Betia in Bihar via train and in order to minimize the risk of being caught by Police at Delhi Railway Station, he gets down at Bareilly Station and comes to Delhi via bus.
"Ramashish started procuring ganja from Das and supplying it in area of Jaitpur to various drug suppliers," Choudhury said.
