Elderly man killed

An elderly person was hacked
to death in Kritmalpur Ahirauli village in Vardah area here, police said today.
Ishtiyaq alias Chutkan (80) was killed last night by some unidentified persons when he was sleeping outside his house, they said.
The police is probing the matter and has sent the body of the victim for postmortem.
No arrests have so far been made in this connection.
