Elderly man shot dead by his brothers over land dispute

A 75-year-old man was today shot dead by his brothers over land dispute in Kotwali area here, police said.
Krishna Pratap Singh was shot at by his brothers, Ravindra Pratap Singh and Subhash Singh, when he was returning from his village, a police official said.
He was rushed to the district hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
An FIR has been lodged against Ravindra and Subhash on the complaint of the victim's son Balendra Bhushan Singh, the official said.
