was found from her house which was locked from outside at Santiniketan today.
Sunita Mukherjee, a retired teacher, was found dead after neighbours alerted police about foul smell coming out of the locked room.
There was no external mark of injury.
Mukherjee's mentally challenged son was stated to be away from home even when neighbours saw her in the house.
Police were tryng to locate the youth to know if Mukherjee had any enemy.
