Emily Blunt nervous to sing onscreen

Emily Blunt said she almost did not want to audition for her role 'Into the Woods' as it involved her character to sing in the Rob Marshall-directed movie.
It is the first time that Blunt would sing in a movie.
"I was really, really nervous - reluctant, even, to the point of not wanting to audition for it," she said.
Blunt has teamed up with her 'The Devil Wears Prada' costar Meryl Streep again in the movie. Meryl played Blunt's tyrannical boss in 'Prada'.
"To work with Meryl again: It was an alluring idea. It was great! Not really a different dynamic; she's torturing me yet again. I feel like I'm just forever destined to grovel at her feet on camera, ya know.
