According to Khammam Government Railway Police (GRP) the students from Karimabad of Warangal town went missing from college and were found dead on the railway tracks at Khammam station.
Khammam police informed their parents soon after they were identified on Wednesday as Mateti Hiranmayi (20) a B Tech second year student and Gudimalla Sai Krishna (20) another B Tech student from the Karimabad area in Warangal town.
Sources said that they went missing from S R Engineering College at Anantasagar and committed suicide by jumping in front of a train at Khammam railway station after their parents opposed their marriage.
