The company had posted a net loss of Rs 25.51 crore for the corresponding quarter a year ago, ENIL said in a BSE filing.
Its total income from operations was up 18.29 per cent during the quarter under review at Rs 147.19 crore as against Rs 124.43 crore in the previous fiscal.
For FY 2015-16, ENIL has a net profit on consolidated basis to Rs 99.98 crore, down 5.65 per cent, as against Rs 105.97 crore in 2014-15.
Meanwhile, in a separate filing ENIL informed that its board has recommended a dividend of Re 1.00 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Shares of the company today settled at Rs 682.25 on BSE, up 1.23 per cent from previous close.
