Any individual or organisation who intends to submit memorandum regarding the allegations may do so in the office chamber of Bora at the Assam Secretariat (Civil) Dispur, an official release said here today.
The notice to this effect was issued on February 7 and the memorandum must be submitted within seven days from that day.
The hearing on the matter shall take place on February 20 at the Guwahati Circuit House.
Officer-in-Charge Chidananda Bora, and sub-inspector Samsuddin Ahmed allegedly assaulted her and a cameraman.
Ahmed also reportedly filed a counter-FIR charging the two with trespassing in the police premises.
The Assam Human Rights Commission on February 2 directed the Chief Secretary for instituting a probe into the incident.
