Enrique Iglesias faces two misdemeanour charges

Singer Enrique Iglesias is facing two misdemeanour charges of obstruction and driving with a suspended license after a traffic arrest that occurred in May, this year.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol arrest affidavit, the 40-year-old "Hero" hitmaker, who was driving the car, switched seats when he was stopped by a patroling vehicle in Miami-Dade County, reported E! Online.
As per the affidavit, Iglesias "jumped from inside the driver's seat onto the rear passenger's seat," while his male passenger, "jumped from the front passenger's seat onto the driver's seat."
Although Iglesias "immediately climbed into the right front passenger's seat," according to the affidavit, both men were placed in handcuffs pending the officer's investigation.

Iglesias was charged of obstruction without violence and driving with a suspended license.
Iglesias' passenger was also hit with a charge of obstruction without violence.
