"The Modi government has brought a weak Lokpal. The government talks about a corruption free system but it seems it has no intention of bringing a strong Lokpal," Hazare said addressing a meeting here.
He attacked the previous UPA government for not bringing in a Lokpal bill despite a promise by former prime minister Manmohan Singh.
Hazare said he will hold a 'satyagraha' in Delhi on March 23 to highlight problems faced by farmers, the Jan Lokpal issue and the need for electoral reforms.
The social activist, who was the face of anti-corruption protests in 2011, had last year chosen March 23 as the day to launch his 'satyagraha' as it happens to be Martyr's Day.
