Sewa Singh (45) was admitted to local civil hospital.
He told police that the assailants hit his motorcycle when he was standing near the house of former Sarpanch Sewa Ram yesterday.
Armed youth attacked him with sharp-edged weapons.
Singh alleged that he was robbed of Rs one lakh cash, a golden chain and a bracelet.
The victim has alleged his UK-based relatives, with whom he is having a long feud over a piece of land, are behind the attack, police said.
