police have claimed to have busted a gang of extortionists in Jajpur district.
Several mobile phone SIMs, Rs 31,000 and a motorbike were sezied from them after their arrest from two separate areas of the district yesterday.
Two members of the gang are still at large.
Their modus operandi was to extort money from businessmen on the threats of abduction and killing, police said.
The two gangsters were remanded to judicial custody.
