The tour will kick off in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 7 and end in Brooklyn, New York on October 27, reported ET online.
This will mark the couple's third joint tour and the 10th anniversary of their last Soul2Soul II Tour in 2006.
The new 2017 trek also marks Hill's first tour since 2007.
