Fake stamp paper of face value Rs 21 lakh seized, 2 held

Bihar Police today seized fake stamp paper of face value of Rs 21 lakh meant for use in Assam and arrested two persons in this connection.
Acting on a tip-off, officials of Special Task Force (STF) conducted raid in an area at Gandhi Maidan and seized the fake stamp paper, IGP (Operation) Amit Kumar said.
He said the duplicate stamp paper on which Assam was printed was meant for transportation to that state.
Two persons have been arrested in this connection, he said.
