Faridabad Metro services to start from 8 am on Sundays

Metro services in the newly functional Badarpur-Escorts Mujesar (Faridabad) section would start from 8 AM on Sundays, with effect from September 13.
In a statement, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) today said that generally Metro services on its all corridors begin from 6 AM in the morning on all days of the week.
"However, to ensure better management of the maintenance activities planned and carried out during the night, the services on the Badarpur-Escorts Mujesar (Faridabad) section will start at 8 AM on Sundays," DMRC's Executive Director (Corporate Communications) Anuj Dayal said.
He said that trains from both the originating stations, Escorts Mujesar and Badarpur, would start at 8 AM on Sunday.

"On all other days of the week, the services will start as usual from 6 AM," the statement said.
