Fire at paint factory

A fire broke out today in a paint factory here, police said.
The fire, which broke out in the evening, was brought under control within two-and-a-half hours by seven fire tenders, they said.
A major disaster was averted after several drums full of paint and chemicals were swiftly removed from the factory before the fire spread, police said.
There were no reports of casualty and an investigation is on to establish the cause of fire, they added.
