The blaze began shortly before midnight in the balloon factory National Toy Products situated behind the Jain Temple in Dahanugaon, they said.
Soon the entire factory was engulfed in flames, which was brought under control this morning after four fire engines were rushed to the spot.
Preliminary reports suggest that the cause of the fire to be a short circuit. However, investigations are on to ascertain the exact cause.
There were no casualties in the mishap.
