Five arrested with weapons in UP

Five persons were arrested and four pistols along with one gun and cartridges were seized from their possession in Kotwali Nayagoan here, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, the miscreants, who were allegedly on their way to commit loot were held by a police team and the vehicle they were travelling in was also impounded, they said.

Those arrested have been identified as Hariom Ajendra, Vijay and Arvind.
Hariom was carrying a bounty of Rs 10,000 while Vijay was having a reward of 5000 on his head, police said adding, the accused have confessed that they were headed to commit loot.
