Five get life term for killing youth in 2010

A local court today sentenced five persons to life imprisonment after holding them guilty of killing a youth four years ago.
Five others were acquitted due to lack of evidence.
Ravinder, Krishan, Bhane Ram, Pradeep and Deepak were given life imprisonment by the Additional Sessions Judge for killing Hemant in January 2010.
Sumit, Deepak, Amit, Naveen and Shiv Kumar were exonerated due to lack of evidences.
Hemant was beaten up by locals at Bahu village in January 2010, leaving him badly injured. He was rushed to hospital but succumbed to injuries, police said.
