Five including two juveniles apprehended for youth murder

Five persons including two juveniles have been apprehended in connection with the brutal murder of a youth in Sangam Vihar who was stabbed multiple times with a screwdriver, police said today.
The apprehended accused have also admitted their "involvement" in abduction and murder of a 23 year old youth Hemraj in Neb Sarai on November 28. They pointed the spot where they buried the victim in Asola bird sanctuary jungle which was being exhumed with the help of forensic and crime team, said Romil Baaniya, DCP(south east).
The accused were also involved in stabbing to death 19-year-old Feroz at Sangam Vihar on Saturday night. Police managed to arrest Rahul Khan (18), in the murder who gave up the names of co-accused during interrogation, he said.
Another accused Gajendra (19), was arrested who was involved in murder of Feroz as well as abduction and murder of Hemraj..
In Feroz's murder, the co-accused included two juveniles who were apprehended. Another co-accused is yet to be arrested, said the officer.
One of the apprehended juvenile, who will turn 18 years of age in a few days, revealed that he has been previously involved in murder, attempt to murder and robbery cases in the areas of Sangam Vihar, Neb Sarai and Ambedkar Nagar, said the officer.
He is wanted in an attempt to murder case in Ambedkar Nagar, besides two robberies in Sangam Vihar. Also, he was stated to have been most active in the brutal murder of Feroz.
Weapon of offence (screwdriver) has been recovered from him. He also allegedly stated during interrogation that he planned to commit as many crimes as possible before turning 18 so that he can escape the clutches of law lightly. The other juvenile apprehended in Feroz's murder has no past criminal involvement, he said.
Kamal Kishor(20), arrested in Feroz's murder is is wanted in two robberies at Sangam Vihar, and a case of abetment of suicide. He has previous involvement in six cases including attempt to murder and robberies, he added.
