Flight hit by bird while landing

The city bound TigerAirways flight with 150 passengers on board was hit by a bird when it was landing here today.
The bird got trapped in the engine and the fan did not function after the incident, Martin, Manager, TigerAirways told PTI.
All the 155 passengers, who were to leave for Singapore, have been provided accommodation at a nearby hotel. The flight would return after repairs, Martin said.
