Morigaon was the worst affected district where 24,985 people have been hit followed by Sonitpur district with 19,379 population, the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) report said.
Yesterday 49,335 people in seven districts - Udalguri, Dhemaji, Lakhimpur, Jorhat, Morigaon, Nagaon and Sonitpur were affected by the floods, according to the report.
The deluge has submerged 10,151 hectare of crop land with the largest area of 9953 hectare in Morigaon district, it said.
The floods have caused infrastructure damages with National Highway 15 and 52 as well as PWD roads over topped in Sonitpur district, the report said.
The third wave of devastating floods has so far claimed the life of 76 people across the state taking the toll to 160, including eight in Guwahati.
