Foetus found dumped in Faridabad

A foetus was found dumped by an unidentified woman on Hanuman road in Parvatiya colony here, police said today.
According to the police spokesperson, a colony resident informed police that a woman threw a foetus on the roadside yesterday.
Acting on the resident's complaint, police immediately reached the spot and recovered the dead foetus and sent it for post-mortem, he said.
A case has been registered in this connection and the matter is under investigation, police said.
