Making the announcement before a Congress delegation led by PCC President Kishore Upadhyay, Rawat said this is in keeping with the spirit of the party's election manifesto which is like a "holy book" for the state government.
The Chief Minister also said the quantity of foodgrains to be distributed among BPL families under the state food security scheme has been raised whereas rates of foodgrains for APL families has been lowered.
Government has already begun to fulfil in right earnest the promises made by the party in its election manifesto, he said.
While several commitments have been implemented, efforts are underway to fulfil rest of them including Kisan Samman Pension Scheme, Hamari Kanya Hamara Samman, Mukhya Mantri Swasthya Bima Yojana and the Mukhya Mantri Mahila Satat Ajivika Yojana, he said.
