Police questioned the duo Varadarajan and Bhoominathan following their suspicious movements at a bus stop near Chennai airport, a police release said.
Police seized 40 bottles of liquor totally valued at Rs one lakh. The duo confessed that the liquors were smuggled from Sri Lanka. They have been sent for judicial custody, it said.
