Along with a photo of herself hugging her fiance and holding up her new engagement ring, Ximena wrote, "Today my @jcvalladares gave me the most beautiful surprise in the world!
"I am the happiest woman in this universe!!!!! I'm getting married to the best man, my best friend, and the man with whom I dream about forming a family. I love you!!!! You're the best!!!"
The actress and her husband-to-be have been dating for just over a year.
