"One of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary company that is Fortis Hospitals Ltd ... Has agreed to accept a term loan of Rs 225 crore from Yes Bank Ltd," Fortis Healthcare said in a filing to BSE.
Being the holding company, Fortis Healthcare has agreed to provide corporate guarantee for the said credit facility, it added.
Shares of Fortis Healthcare today closed at Rs 166.60 per scrip on BSE, up 2.68 per cent from its previous close.
