The crime branch of police yesterday arrested four accused out of ten persons booked in connection with misappropriationof Widow PensionFunds.
The arrested persons include Niyamat Khan, Naeem Khan, Nasir Ali and Yashpal Singh, Superintendent of Police, Rakesh Jolly said today.
Police had earlier booked ten persons, including a former DPO, Mohan Lal Sahu and Branch Manager of a nationalized bank, Ajay Singh in the case of alleged misappropriation of funds meant for the Widow Pension Scheme.
