Four constables of district jail Nand Kishore, Amod Bansalk, Kanahiyalal and Mod. Khalid have been suspended for negligence of their duties, jail Superintendent Choudhry Seva Ram Singh said.
Undertrial Sudhir Kumar(30) allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling in the prison here on November 1.
Sudhir was arrested in a case of attempt to murder here on September 1.
While Sumit, an undertrial, accused in a rape case, allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling in the bathroom of a barrack in a district jail here on October 31. He was arrested in the rape case at Kudana village in the district on October 23.
