Superintendent of Police of Biswanath police district, Manabendra Dev Ray said the four minors were produced before the sub-divisional magistrate at Gohpur, who sent them to Tezpur Juvenile Justice Board.
The four minors accused in the crime were aged between 9 and 16.
The four had allegedly killed 9-year-old Aman Shatnamy at Karibil Chapori on June 1 when they were playing outside their homes.
Aman's body was found from a deep water body near the railway track.
