Four ultras arrested in Lohardaga

Four ultras of a splinter group of People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) were today arrested in the forests of Lohardaga district, police said.
The outfit's self-styled sub-zonal commander Dilip Yadav alias Virat Gop, Ramesh Oraon, Veer Bhagwan and Bhadu Oraon were arrested after the police swung into action following a tip-off that they had assembled in the forest areas under Senha block in the district, Superintendent of Police Sunil Bhaskar told media here.
A rifle, a country-made pistol, a few bullets, four pairs of uniform, four mobile hand-sets and naxal literature were recovered from their possession.
Bhaskar said the PLFI splinter group have named their outfit as 'Indian Tiger Army (ITA)'.
