Andhra Pradesh were rescued by Central Crime branch here from a prostitution ring and "LIC" Mary, a pimp wanted in several cases was arrested, the police said.
68-year-old Mary, a former insurance agent of LIC was arrested by the police for allegedly running a sex racket in an apartment in the city. Whe was wanted in several cases pending from 1997 and the CBCID, a police release said.
Acting on a tip off, the police rescued a girl from Andhra Pradesh from the apartment and arrested Mary.
Thirtyfive year old Babu, who was running a sex racket under the guise of a massage parlour was also arrested.
