Freight rates for select destinations declines

Freight rates for nine-tonne load for select destinations declined by Rs 500 in the local truck transport market today following restricted cargo movements against adequate trucks availability.
Transporters said restricted cargo movements against adequate trucks availability mainly led to decline in select destination freight rates.
Freight rates from Delhi to Jaipur, Chandigarh and Ludhiana were down by Rs 500 each to Rs 19,500, Rs 20,500 and Rs 21,500 respectively.
