"The state has witnessed all round development in the last 10 years," Bihar Congress President Ashok Choudhary said in a statement here.
Highlighting some of the achievements listed in Kumar's report, he said Bihar is the first state to provide 50 per cent reservation to women in panchayati raj bodies and urban civic bodies.
"Rule of law is existing and people are living in peace in the state," he said.
Electricity had been provided in 38,000 villages, besides carrying out commendable works in the field of agriculture and to check corruption.
Congress also acknowledged Kumar's contribution in establishment of IIT and NIT in Bihar.
Chowdhary urged the chief minister to further speed up growth process in the state.
