Gang of looters busted

The city police today
arrested 10 persons of at least three gangs involved in several looting incidents here and its vicinity, Commissioner of Police R P Sharma said.
"Special squads of Cuttack police have also seized four pistols, nine bullets, three bhujalis, 10 mobile phones and as many motorbikes from their possession," Sharma said.
Police have also retrieved some gold jewellery from their possession, including four gold chains.
The Badambadi police and Cantonment police of the city were involved in the special drive to bust the gangs that were creating nuisance for past several months.
