Gangster awarded 5 years for kidnapping

A special court today convicted a gangster and sentenced him to five years of jail and also imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on him.
Sunna was held guilty of kidnapping, looting, and other gang activities and was convicted under section 2/3 of the Gangster Act here.
According to prosecution officer M P Singh, Sunna was involved in six cases of kidnapping and was arrested in 2002.
He was also booked under the Gangster Act by the police under Chapar police station in the district.
