Police had seized 120 kg of ganja which they wanted to smuggle to Sri Lanka on November 29.
Police said Bhagyaraj (29) and Saravanan(23) were frequently smuggling ganja forcing police to recommend their names for detention under the NSA.
They were detained under the NSA by District Collector Nandhakumar who ordered their detention under NSA on the recommendations of the SP Mayilvaghanan.
They have been shifted from Ramanathapuram Jail to the Madurai Central Jail by Inspector Maheswari, who arrested them, according to a release here today.
