The 52-year-old actor feels that the audience would want him to retire in near future, reported Contactmusic.
"The audience kind of tells you when it's time to get out from in front of the camera, and it's getting close I think," Clooney said at the UK premiere of 'The Monuments Men'.
The Oscar-winner, however, is still very passionate about his career.
Every time you can make a movie to tell a story that people don't know, it's good," he said.
"It was hard to get him out of his trailer sometimes. I don't like to use the word diva and throw it around loosely, but you know," he said.
