Micheal died of natural causes at the age of 53 on December 25 last year.
The song will premiere on BBC Radio 2, featuring record producer, Nile Rodgers, reported Billboard.
Rodgers appeared to imply on Twitter that the song was going to be his remix of the Faith-era track "Fantasy".
He took part in a documentary on Michael, before the pop star's unexpected death and had played the remix while on tour with Chic this summer.
The pop singer's sisters Melanie and Yioda posted an update on his official website, saying they will carry on his musical legacy "exactly as Yog would have wanted".
