The girl, who was set afire on November 16, died at Ruhelkhand Medical College here last night, DIG R K S Rathore said.
Her post-mortem has been conducted by a panel of three doctors, he said.
Four accused have already been arrested and sent to jail, the DIG said.
He said the DNA test of the girl will also be conducted.
