and murdered in Pidhaura area of the district.
The girl, a student of class eight, went to the fields at around 3 PM to collect fodder for cattle near Rampur village. When she did not return for long her family started a search for her, according to the complaint lodged by the mother of the girl.
Later, she was found dead by her mother with blood oozing out of her nose, police said.
The police is suspecting it to be a case of rape and murder as clothes on her body were found to be removed and her mother saw two men running away from the spot.
