Girl tries to commit sucide after being scolded by family

A 13-year-old girl was admitted to a hospital after she tried to commit sucide by consuming phenyl in the toilet of her school today, the police said.
The condition of the girl is stated to be stable.
She was found spreadeagled on the toilet floor in an unconscious state and immediately rushed to a hospital nearby.
Her family members, who were informed of the attempted suicide, said the girl had been scolded last night.
The police has launched an investigation.
