Gitanjali Gems to raise up to Rs 110 cr
Press Trust of India New Delhi Gitanjali Gems today said its board has approved raising of up to Rs 110 crore through issue of convertible warrants through preferential allotment.
In a filing to the BSE, the company said the Board has approved to "raise funds up to Rs 110 crores by issue of convertible warrants to promoter/promoter group/persons other than promoters through preferential allotment".
The shareholders approval would be sought in this regard in the company's AGM scheduled to be held on September 30, it added.
