GNIDA removes encroachments on 40,000 sq mts land

The encroachment removal team of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) today demolished unauthorised constructions on 40,000 square meter land in Haibatpur village, official sources said.
Senior manager Vikas Kumar and manager Manoj Dhariwal led the demolition team. Shantys and shops were built on the land. Initially there was some resistance from residents, they said.
But later, they removed goods from their rooms clearing the way for bulldozers to demolish the unauthorised constructions, sources said.
