The meeting, which would be chaired by BJP's Goa unit president Vinay Tendulkar, will be attended by all the party legislators and Chief Minister Parsekar.
"The meeting will be held overnight and it will get over tomorrow afternoon. We will be having extensive discussions on various issues," a senior legislator said.
Union Defence Minister and former state Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, who is in Goa to participate in a function of Indian Coast Guard, is also expected to attend the meeting briefly.
Several BJP leaders have been demanding to break ties with MGP as the party has 20 legislators in the Assembly, enough for the government to survive on its own.
When contacted, Tendulkar said that several issues related to the government would be discussed in the meeting.
"It is an internal meeting. We will also discuss strengthening the party and taking up membership drive," he said.
The meeting is significant as it is happening for the first time after Parsekar took over as the Chief Minister.
There would be a brain-storming discussion which will help the party to decide its future political course, he said.
