Godrej Interio rise up with city based company for rental

Godrej Interio, the furniture arm of Godrej Group, has tied up with a city-based company, Redwood Rental Private Limited (RRPL), for rental services of its furniture.

RRPL's flagship 'EasyRentals2U', will offer rental services of furniture from Godrej & Boyce. Catering to both, the home and office furniture segments, said a release of city-based company here.

"Furniture on rent is going to bring about a revolution in the way people consume," Anil Sain Mathur, COO Godrej & Boyce said at the launch event.

The company claims that for people who are frequently on the move or temporarily away from home, till now, the only option would either be investing in expensive new furniture or buying second hand, both very impractical.

The partnership enables people to rent what they need, for the time period they need it and redo their interior when they want, it said.
