Spread over 3.5 acres, the project will consist of a total saleable area of about 7.5 lakh sq ft, Godrej Properties, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, said in a statement.
The project is located in Chembur, Mumbai.
Godrej Properties Managing Director & CEO Pirojsha Godrej said: "We are happy to launch Godrej Prime, our second redevelopment project in Mumbai."
The company is currently developing various projects spread across 108 million sq ft in 12 cities.
