The celebrations are being held for over a period of five days with different events each day, said an official spokesman.
Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel, Supreme Court judge was the Chief Guest while Justice Shiavax Jal Vazifdar, Chief Justice Punjab and Haryana High Court presided over the function, the spokesman said.
A new premises for Juvenile Justice Board was also inaugurated today in the building of Juvenile Home at Sector 25 Chandigarh. It was inaugurated by Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel, he said.
