Govt sets up council for Infrastructure Projects on PPP mode

The Government of Rajasthan today set up a council for preparing a policy on Infrastructure Projects to be taken up on Public Private Partnership (PPP).
Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje would be chairperson of the council, and PWD, Water Resources, Energy Minister, Principal Secretary Finance and Advisor (Infrastructure and PPP) would be its member, according to an official statement here.
Any project costing more than Rs 500 cr would require the permission of the council, the statement added.
